1. All in house estimating & Detailing: We do not outsource to any third parties during our design processes. We can modify any of our designed components at any stage during our estimating and construction stages, rather than involving other parties that can lead to costly errors on site.

2. Free on site measure up prior to construction of renovations: With renovations there are many areas that if not measured properly can lead to disaster. We take on that responsibility to ensure that the new marries into the old with only minor adjustment if any need to be made.

3. Fully itemized quotes with quantity guarantee:   We guarantee that we have quoted sufficient materials as listed on the quote to complete the job and don’t need you to check that.
