We are the experts in the design and manufacture of the total building package.  Therefore we will not make you, “the customer” responsible for checking our quantities and sizes that we have quoted as we guarantee our quantities as per your plans provided to us.

There may be considerable hidden extras if your quotes are not guaranteed, so be wary of the statement that extra items over and above that have been quoted will be charged accordingly.
